Fees depend on records quality, number of entities, and whether sessions run on site. The figures below are informational starting points—not a checkout.

How estimates are set
After a short intake call we confirm scope against your entity count, available statements, and whether forecasting will cover one operating cycle or several branches. Travel outside Bangkok may add a modest on-site fee.
Deposits are typically 40% to reserve calendar time, with the balance due at the final briefing. Retainer briefings bill monthly in advance on a three-month minimum.
